Right to Rent Checks
Right to rent legislation requires property owners to undertake a digital Right to Rent check. This is available once you have entered the UK, collected your BRP and used the details from this to generate the relevant code. You may also be able to generate the code with your visa details. It is permissible to evidence your ‘Right to Rent’ using your travel vignette document in your passport.
