Grade 10 Performance Contribution Points

The nationally agreed pay spine contains two incremental points for Grade 10. In June 2019, we introduced an additional three discretionary ‘contribution points’ above the single pay spine that recognise those at the top of the grade demonstrating continued, exceptional performance.
