Maternity
- Up to 52 weeks leave
- Enhanced maternity pay of 16 weeks full pay
- Paid time off to attend antenatal appointments
- Option of up to 10 keeping in touch days paid at your normal rate
Paternity
- Four weeks leave entitlement at full pay
- Two paid antenatal appointments
Adoption
- Up to 52 weeks leave
- 16 weeks leave at full pay
- Five days paid leave to attend meetings, assessmens and home visits etc… prior to the placement of children
