Extended Library Access

Colleagues leaving through the severance and redundancy schemes are able to apply for extended access to the library for one year to continue your links with the University and to enable a smooth transition onto your next steps.

This extension will give you access to the library space and physical copies of books.  To request extended access, please complete the form here- Just Ask: Associate Readers – Just Ask (lincoln.ac.uk)

This form is for Alumni and Associate Reader access. In the ‘Type of Associate Readership’ box, please answer ‘Alumni’. In answer to the question ‘Please give reasons for wanting to become an Associate Reader’ please answer ‘staff member leaving’.

Extended Gym Access

Free access to the gym at the Brayford Campus Sports Centre.

Our leavers through VS and VR are being offered free access to the gym at the Brayford Campus Sports Centre to support their wellbeing at this time. To apply for free membership up to 20th December 24, please complete the form here by the 5th July.
