Managers Engagement Groups

Managers Engagement Group sessions are designed to encourage open conversations relating to any management function in a mentoring and supportive nature, sharing best practice and any new changes to policy, process, or development initiatives. 

There are two groups, one for managers at grades 5,6 and 7 another for grades 8, 9 and 10. The sessions are co-facilitated by PPC Business Partners and the Organisational Development team. They run every quarter, and are bookable via the link below.
