EU Settlement Scheme – Less Than 50 Days Left to Apply
There are now less than 50 days to go until the deadline of 30 June for applications to be made to the EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) |
During which time if you are an EU/EEA or Swiss citizen, resident in the UK by 31 December 2020, you and your family members (including non-EU citizens) can still apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue to live, work and study in the UK beyond 30 June 2021, if you have not already done so. For further information please see the Gov.uk guidance leaflet, Right to Work calculator and to apply to the Settlement scheme see EU Settlement Scheme. Even if you have lived in the UK for many years or you have a permanent residence document, you still need to apply. However, you do not need to apply if you have indefinite leave to remain or enter, or you are an Irish citizen, but you can do so if you wish. |
Brexit Webinar: EU Nationals
PWC have been engaged to deliver a Brexit webinar to colleagues who may wish to seek advice/support in respect of their UK immigration position on Monday 7th June at 2pm.
The webinar will cover the nuances of the EU Settlement Scheme including options available, imminent deadlines, the process and processing times and advice on free movement post Brexit. The event will conclude with a 30-minute FAQ session.
